1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of the platform by everyone who visits it, searches on it, registers an account, or advertises a property. By using the platform you accept them.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. Agents and agencies must provide a valid registration number, and we may suspend an account where that information is inaccurate or out of date.
3. Listings
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, size, availability and the right to advertise the property. A listing may only be published by the owner or by an agent instructed to act for them.
4. Advertising permits
Property advertising in the UAE requires a valid permit from the relevant authority. Advertisers confirm they hold one, and that the details on the listing match it. Listings without a valid permit are not published, and live listings are removed when a permit expires.
5. Moderation
Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit or remove a listing that is inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, or does not meet these terms, and we will tell the advertiser why.
6. Paid placement
Featured and promoted placements and listing credits are paid in advance. Placement runs for the period purchased. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Refunds are considered where a placement did not run.
7. Communication
Messages and enquiries sent through the platform are logged against the listing they relate to. Contact details are masked until a user chooses to reveal them. Using the platform to send unsolicited marketing is not permitted.
8. Our role
We provide a platform for advertising property. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer, tenant, owner or agent, and we do not act as a broker or give valuation, legal or financial advice.
9. Liability
We take care to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not warrant that every listing is free of error or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the platform: your account details, your saved properties and searches, and the enquiries and messages you send. We do not sell personal data.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to registered users in advance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
