Owners list free — just your name and a contact number. Agents and agencies add their registration so buyers know who they are dealing with.

Verify the property
Enter the advertising permit number. We check it while you wait, which is what keeps duplicates and expired adverts off the site.

Describe it
Purpose, category and type, community and building, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, price and a headline. About three minutes.

Add photos and submit
Photos and an optional video tour, then submit. Most listings clear review within two hours during business hours.
What you will need
- Your name and a contact number — or your ORN and BRN if you are an agent
- The advertising permit number for the property
- Community, building, size, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Your asking price, or annual rent
- Photos of the actual property, and a video tour if you have one

Questions
Do I need to be an agent?＋
No. Owners list their own property free of charge. Agents and agencies list under their registration, which appears on the listing.
What does it cost?＋
Listing is free. You only pay if you choose to promote — featured placement from AED 200, or an agency package with listing credits.
How long until it is live?＋
Usually under two hours during business hours. You get a notification the moment it is approved, and it appears in search straight away.
Will my phone number be public?＋
No. It stays masked until a buyer chooses to reveal it, and every reveal is attributed to your listing.
Can I edit it later?＋
Yes — from My listings in your dashboard. You can also pause, withdraw or promote it at any time.
